What to Expect:

BodyFit Boot Camp is an intense interval workout that combines, resistance training, persistence training and real-life functional conditioning (stair climbing, lifting-pushing-pulling, rolling, dragging) that is physically and emotionally challenging, spiritually uplifting, and a heap of fun.

The routines used in BodyFit Boot Camp workout are designed to burn fat, tone muscle, improve endurance, improve balance and make your body look and feel significantly younger than it does today.

BodyFit Boot Camp is designed for people of all fitness levels to "get in, where you fit in" with other people like yourself, seeking to improve their health and fitness. You will sweat together, laugh together, ache together, fall together, rise together, grow together and WIN together.

You'll also get:

  • Pre, mid-term and post boot camp fitness assessments to monitor your progress.
  • An opportunity to participate in Healthy Lifestyle and Nutrition workshops to arm you with additional tools to complement your new lifestyle choice and help you avoid sabotaging your exercise program.
  • Benefit from the knowledge, experience and accountability of a professional fitness trainer.
For 45 minutes, 3 times per week, you will be guided through the workout by an American Council on Exercise - Certified Personal Trainer with over 14 years experience in the wellness lifestyle movement.

That's me, Ib'nallah Kazi, also a National Council for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork - Certified Massage Therapist, Tai Chi Kung Instructor, Guided Meditation instructor, Wilderness Guide and Closet Poet.  Prior to starting my own health and fitness company, I served as a Project Director and Public Health Educator for Columbia University-Harlem Hospital Center in New York.   From 2005 to 2006, I served as a private consultant for the New York City Department of Health, Office of Minority Health.   I assisted them in designing, piloting and implementing the departments first Faith Based Fitness Program, servicing over 50 religious institutions throughout the five boroughs.
